SSOKER Inc. ("the Company") complies with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, and publishes this policy to protect the personal information of data subjects.
Article 1 (Purposes of Processing)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes only. If a purpose changes, the Company will obtain separate consent and take other required measures.
- Receiving and handling customer inquiries (product, quotation, custom fabrication, export/distribution, resource requests)
- Identity verification, contacting you to confirm details and investigate facts, notifying you of the outcome
- Providing consultation services and improving our services
Article 2 (Items Collected and Method)
- Items: company, contact person, email, phone, country/region, inquiry type, products/applications of interest, message
- Method: entered directly by the data subject through the website inquiry form
Article 3 (Retention and Use Period)
Personal information is retained for 3 years after the inquiry is handled, then destroyed without delay, in line with the record-retention standard for consumer complaints and dispute resolution under the Korean E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act.
Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope stated in Article 1 and does not provide it to third parties except with the data subject's consent or as specifically required by law.
Article 5 (Cross-Border Transfer)
The Company transfers personal information abroad as follows to operate its web service.

You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information by contacting us at ssoker@ssoker.com or 1660-2686 (KR). The Company will act on such requests without delay.

Article 10 (Changes to This Policy)
