Core Technology
PIPETY is built on a non-welding pipe structure system that connects pipes and assembles structures without welding. We expand our products and solutions around fastening stability, assembly convenience, and on-site adaptability.
Technology Overview
Conventional pipe structures often depend on welding, which constrains construction time, working conditions, and later modification. PIPETY develops products around clamp-and-joint fastening to reduce these constraints.
Fastened Connection Structure
Pipes connect by bolt fastening, so structures assemble without any welding process.
Shorter Construction Time
Assembly needs no welding or cutting equipment and no certified welders, keeping the construction process simple.
Modifiable & Reusable
When a structure needs changing, relocating, or extending, it can be disassembled and rebuilt.
Non-Welding Assembly Structure
Clamps and joints grip and hold the pipe, so installation can be considered even for indoor sites where hot work is difficult, or for facilities in operation.
- Fastened assembly requiring no welding certification or hot-work permits
- Minimal surface damage to plated or painted pipes
- Low tool dependency keeps site crews simple
Fastening Stability
In a non-welding structure, the stability of each connection matters most. PIPETY develops its products around improving how the pipe and clamp contact and support each other, and is pursuing IP registration for the related technology.
Improved Contact Support
We aim to reduce movement after fastening by improving how the clamp contacts the pipe's outer surface. The detailed structure is proprietary technology under development and IP registration, and is not disclosed.
Sustained Clamping Force
We target structures that hold their fastening under repeated use and vibration, and review this continuously through productization.
Verification-Based Productization
Performance figures will be published in Resources once verified test results are available. We do not publish unverified figures.
On-Site Adaptability
Every site differs in pipe specifications, installation conditions, and required shapes. PIPETY's basic approach is to cover diverse site conditions with combinations of standard fittings.
-
Coverage Across Diameters & Specs
Clamp and joint sizes covering multiple pipe outer diameters let you combine with the pipes already on your site.
-
Configuration from Site Measurements
From photos and measured dimensions, we calculate the fittings and pipe configuration you need and present it as a quotation.
-
Adjustable After Installation
Because the structure is fastened, height and spacing can be adjusted, parts replaced, and sections extended after installation.
A Scalable Structure System
The same clamp, joint, and pipe combination becomes a different structure depending on the application. Shared fittings reduce inventory burden and broaden the range of uses.

Development- and IP-Driven Direction
PIPETY develops and protects its technology in parallel, centered on pipe fastening structures and connection stability improvements. We aim for a product lineup built on our own technology — not simple distribution.
- Based on patent filings for pipe fastening and support structures
- Preparing design rights for product appearance and structural distinctiveness
- Reviewing overseas IP strategies for export readiness
